Oscar O. Enriquez, MD

A Humble Beginning

Oscar’s life is a success story drawn from and a product of hard work, dedication, and his mother’s unconditional support for countless years. He was born in Virac, a municipality which occupies the southern tip of the island of Catanduanes Philippines.

Far Eastern University is where Dr. Enriquez finished his schooling in 1984. In the years that followed, he moved to the United States and started his quest to become an Internist. He entered the training program at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio - which he completed in 1995.

Immediately after residency training program completion, Dr. Enriquez moved to Port Arthur, Texas where he currently works and owns Standard Medical Clinic. The medical practice has grown from one to four offices over the years and has employed medical providers serving the people of Southeast Texas and the Golden Triangle area.

Dr. Enriquez is the current president of UCSD (United Catanduanes San Diego), a non-profit organization providing aid to needy people in the Bicol Region. In 2017, he spearheaded the Medical Mission in the province of Catanduanes including visitation at the orphanage, and a local community jail.

He is also the past president of PACT (Philippine American Community of Texas) and TAPP (Texas Association of Philippine Physician). He is a perennial donor of the Philippine Service of Mercy in Cagayan de Oro City which provides financial assistance to amputees making their own prosthesis. They also conduct outreach projects to help children with special needs, including the blind in Talakag, Bukidnon.

Dr. Enriquez is a music lover and his other passion is singing. It's his most effective

therapy in handling stress.

Kristopher Dela Cruz, MD

Dr. Kristopher Dela Cruz is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been practicing in Orange and Port Arthur, Texas, since 2017. He graduated from Far Eastern University Medical School Manila in 2009. He practiced medicine in the Philippines for more than three years prior to his internal medicine residency training at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey - which he completed in early 2017. Dr. Dela Cruz is a recipient of the most coveted “Best Intern Physician Award” during the three-year program.

Dr. Dela Cruz is affiliated with both The Medical Center of Southeast Texas Hospital and Christus Health Systems.

He treats a variety of adult medical illnesses including:

Abdominal pains
Osteoarthritis
Allergies

Carolyn Williams, AGNP

Carolyn Williams, AGNP has over 20 years of combined medical experience as a practitioner in the fields of nursing, case management, and as a mid-level provider. Carolyn obtained her degree in Master of Science in Nursing, graduated December 2015, at Maryville University, St. Louis, MO. She currently holds the following certifications:

Tung "Tom" Van Hoang, FNP

Tom is the newest addition to the group.
He Holds the title of Advance Practice Registered Nurse which he completed in the fall of 2018 at University of Texas at Arlington.
He is born and raised in Port Arthur Texas, fluent in Vietnamese language, and is ready to serve our community.
He brings in his more than 10 years of Clinical Nursing experience at Christus Hospital where he worked as Charge Nurse in the Medical-Surgical Unit.

Stephanie Cloud, APRN, FNP-C

Stephanie Cloud obtained her Master’s degree at The University of Texas Arlington on August 2022. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner and licensed to practice in the State of Texas. She has a title of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Prior to obtaining her Master's degree, she worked with Silsbee Oaks Healthcare for years. She was also the Administrator at Total Home Health from 2014-2020.
Stephanie started her career in the healthcare field at Baptist hospital Beaumont where she worked at the Oncology/Medical-surgical unit as a Registered Nurse.
Stephanie has a proven track record in patient care and quality assurance in the healthcare industry.
A resident of Silsbee Texas who loves to serve her community and is active in her local church.

John Carlo Pang, APRN, FNP-C
